Facilitating courageous conversations among passionate people who are ready to make progress in their own life and community is my purpose. I am committed to connecting with people through courage, conversation and coaching.
Diversity, equity and inclusion is my passion and I try each day to lead with this lens. My DEI intention has taken real self-reflection, required me to think about my own whiteness and given me an opportunity to explore how I show up in my personal and professional spaces.
I am excited about my vision of a diverse group of people in workshops and coaching groups who are committed to personal and community growth AND ready to take action!

Kari
Kari is a Courageous Conversation Coach, who offers one on one coaching, group coaching and workshops. Kari has worked in educational settings in many capacities for 25 years. She taught elementary school, had an educational services business and is committed to engaging with community through coaching and workshops.
Kari is passionate about working with people who are ready to make progress in their life and community.
Kari has her degree in Education from Mount Saint Mary's University. She received her coaching training from Results Coaching Global and Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching; both accredited coach training programs with the International Coach Federation.

Kari is married to her husband of 24 years, is a mother of three children and is Mom to a 90 pound Bernese Mountain Dog!
